As the summer starts to wind down, I’m excited to announce my new classes that will start in September!
Along with my regular Breathing for Birth classes, I’m also starting a pregnancy & labour relaxation and visualisation class and also an infant care class that will cover aspects such as diapering, bathing, sleeping and breastfeeding among other things.
Each class will be an hour long from 11-12pm and will be held at the My Body My Pilates studio and the monthly schedule for the classes will be as follows:
1st Wed of each month – Relaxation & Visualisation
2nd Wed of each month – Breathing for Birth
3rd Wed of each month – Infant Care
4th Wed of each month – Breathing for Birth
The Couples Breathing for Birth class will also continue on the 2nd Saturday of each month, too.
I’m really excited to introduce these new classes and hope to meet even more women over the upcoming months!
