April Doula Cafe

April’s Doula Cafe will be on Thursday 18th from 10am-11am at the Tokyu Plaza Starbucks in Harajuku.  We will look at the topic of epidurals and discuss other non-medicated things you can do to manage labour effectively and positively.

February’s Doula Cafe

February’s Doula Cafe will be on Tuesday 12th from 10am-11am at the Starbucks in Hiroo.  We will go back to the topic of birth plans (always popular) and I’ll share my experiences as a doula at many different hospitals to give you an idea of what you might expect at yours.

October’s Doula Cafe

October’s Doula Cafe will be on Tuesday 30th from 10am-11am at the Tokyu Plaza Starbucks 6F in Harajuku.  The topic of the meeting will be letting go of the fear of birth and strategies you can try to help you relax more during labour.

June Doula Cafe

The June Doula Cafe will be on Monday 18th from 10-11:30am at the Tokyu Plaza Starbucks (6F) on the Meiji Dori/Omotesando crossing.
